    Hi Mr. Johnson, I was looking at our notes and I want to ask you how would you solve the problem (2/5)^x = 25/4.
    Did you go over this in class it seems to be the only one I'm missing.

      First get the bases the same. If the bases are equal then the exponents are also equal.
      (2/5)^x=(25/4)
      (2/5)^x=(5/2)^2
      (2/5)^x=(2/5)^-2
      x=-2
